Need help with old rangefinder and SLR

Hi I just gotten this rangefinder from my dad. I am not experience with film cameras, can anyone kindly guide me how or where I should bring to restore the condition of this rangefinder, lens have mound etc.

Also I just gotten another SLR, Topcon RE 300. Can anyone guide me on it also? I also realized that the mirror is locked and the viewfinder is hence blackout. Also the film winding level seems to be jamed. Can anyone kindly guide me along to repairing this SLR?
