Need help with logging into UOB ibanking

Any UOB ibanking users here? Are you able to log in?

For some reason, I can't write anything under 'password', only on username.

My friend told me it's something to do with the java settings, but aren't I suppose to get a pop-up that tells me that the Java needs to be updated? :dunno:
If yes, what should i be downloading? Java runtime environment?

I've tried IE and firefox, they're the same, I can't log in from both.

java issue. make sure your java is installed properly.

if it work before, try rebooting.

refresh the page and it should be alright. could be that the JRE didn't load properly.
