I'm trying to reorder my photos in sets by clicking on "organize and create" found at the top of my photostream.

However, I'm unable to see any photos which usually appear in a row at the bottom for me to drag and drop. Infact, I can't see anything.

I'm using Mac OS X (10.6.8) safari and firefox, clearing my cache doesn't work either.

It has been a while since I'm uploading photos to flickr, not sure what I'm overlooking.

Happened to me last time but in case, I can't organize it on chrome but it was fine on Firefox. Somehow the problem recovered by itself. You can notify the technical team to make them do a check for you.

Remove cookies? I have another problem with flickr which is image not able to show up on photostream. But just for another 1-2 hours it's back to normal. Maybe you should reset your internet and let flickr rest? :D

Yup, I sent an query to the flickr team.

Couldn't find any similar cases with mine after googling, was wondering if the problem was on my end.

Guess I'll have to wait it out for a while then.

I have not uploaded any photos in the last few months, I thought the navigation has changed or something.

Yeah, not so much of a hurry, will just take time to process photos instead. :)

I just started having this problem too in (tried IE9, FF 11, Chrome 18) while it was working just fine a few days ago. I've contacted Flickr support but they were unable to replicate this issue on their end. Strangely, when I tried connecting from work, the Organizer worked fine. I'm on SNBB, how about you?

Below is their response to my email (my first post). I tried updating browser and Java, still no improvement. I'm with Singnet also, not sure if it affects.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Flickr Customer Care.

I understand that you are having issue reordering your photos using the
Organizr. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am glad to assist you
with your concern.

From your description, it sounds like you are having trouble using
JavaScript. Most pages on Flickr use JavaScript (especially the
Organizr). When we get reports of an error like this, it is usually
because of an issue with your browser, system, firewall, or maybe the
connection.

I have taken a look at your account and was not able to replicate this.
Since we can't replicate this, it is hard to troubleshoot from our end,
but here are the most common things that you can check to resolve this:

- Clearing cache: This is the easiest thing to try and can often solve
the issue. For information on how to clear your cache please see:

Flickr: Help: On the Flickr website

- If you are using Firewall and/or virus software, try turning this off
temporarily to see if this allows the cookie to be set. If it works with
that off, you may need to troubleshoot that software to add Yahoo! and
Flickr as trusted sites.

- Often, the trouble is that your browser is not loading the page
properly. If you have made any changes to how your browser is configured
(ex., adding extensions, toolbars, etc.), this may be part of the
problem. You may need to try removing anything that you have recently
added. If this doesn't work, you may want to try using a different
browser or uninstalling your current browser and reinstalling the latest
version.

- If you are accessing Flickr from work, you may need to talk to your
network administrator as it is possible that some JavaScript is being
blocked by the network. If you are accessing Flickr from home and using
a wireless network, you may also want to try hooking up directly to your
modem.

I hope you find this information helpful.

Thank you again for contacting us. If you have any other questions,
please feel free to reply to this email.

Regards,

Trixie

Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if this issue is related to Singnet somehow! I also received the exact same response from the exact same person (looks like a canned response). I'm still trying various things on my end to zoom into the issue and will let you know if I have any updates. :)

Haha sound so familiar. This is my email.

My flickr subscription is ending soon and I'm thinking of switching over to 500px after this.

Ok, it might not be a Singnet thing. I just tried connecting via a Starhub tethered 3G connection and the issue persists. Maybe it's an SG thing? If anyone in SG can get the Organizer working at the moment, please let us know what connection/browser/proxy you guys are using. :)

Hey guys, when you have the Organizer page loaded up, can you simply try pressing Ctrl-F5 (not sure what the Mac equivalent is)? I did this and everything started working again (yay!).
