Need help on LCD monitor selection ...

After some research, I've kinda narrowed my choice of LCD monitor to these :

Dell E228WFP 22" Entry Wide Screen Flat Panel LCD Monitor
Samsung 205BW

I will primarily be using it for photo editing (no gaming) and browsing webpages.
Appreciate if any of you can help me decide which is a better model amongst the ones I've listed. If you think these are not worth it, feel free to recommend something within my budget (approx 500).

I am bias toward Dell monitor also. Thinking of getting a 24" Dell LCD this weekend. ;p
