Need Advise on Power Patient lifter

Hi everyone, thought of coming to Singapore to buy a power patient lifter. Any idea on where and how much to buy one?

Coz my father in law need one....and there are only two suppliers I know so far in M'sia. And it cost more than twice as much as those selling in Singapore.
