I recently started taking macro shoot. My tripod is gitzo gt1541t & uses markins Q3-Tr ball-head and markins p52U plate. I found myself having difficulty in focusing on my macro subject. When i googled i realised there is this macro focusing rail which some are using to avoid the problem i faced.
I am new to this. Can I check with u guys if I want to get the Macro Focusing Rail set, what should i do? I mean do I need to abandon my existing gear and buy new kits or can I continue to use some of my existing ball head and/or plate but buy appropriate focusing rail sets? Is there also any advice on which Macro Focusing Rail set to get locally or online? Thanks in advance!
