Hi Guys, I'm new to this club and hope to learn as much as I can!

I'm looking for a new camera. Used to own a Sony Cybershot W-series. What is a good camera to buy at this moment? Budget $400 - $500.

Currently, Sony is having a promo for T10 and W70.

Any good advice out there?

Thanks!;)

Wait -

What exactly are you looking for in the camera? =D

If you want a simple P&S, then the suggestions so far - IXUS and f30 are pretty good
But if you want more control.. Then different story, and might want to up budget!

From your budget I guess you're looking for P&S cam.
I think Fuji F30 shd be around your budget.
But if you can push further abit can try F31 now selling around S$599 or less
Take a look same sample: http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=239133

Fujifilm F20 is right up your alley.. Should be able to get for around $400 for new set..

Sorry, but what is P & S? :embrass:

Im looking for one cameo that I could take Automobiles in action! Preferably comes in different scene settings. My last Sony, I could even switch to a manual mode! Is it too much to ask???:)

any recommended P&S camera suitable for girls?

er

f30 is fine if they don't mind it looking like a brick
most girls would like the look and feel of the sony t series though, shrug

I realise that there are no Casio users here?

I was just wondering whether if the Z60 is a good camera in comparison to Fuji F31fd?;p
