May I know what is a good brand for a polarizer filter?

Same as for any other filter. B+W, Heliopan, Tiffen...

Budget?

If budget small you can forget about B+W or Nikon. If budget no issue, get B+W or Nikon. Never tried Heliopan but I think it should be quite good also.

just make sure you try the filter on before you buy it ... do not make the same mistake as I did .... After buying I fit on the next day and found out that the lens would cause dark edges to appear .....

 Tokina? I using a 67mm Circular Polarizing Filter.

I am also looking for a polariser. I am not really after those multi coated ones. So a normal one will do. Went to check the prices. For the 77mm filter thread, the kenko is $40+ while the hoya is $80+ for a normal one. Anyone knows why is there such a great price difference as both are single coated? Heard there is a Tokina one, but i do not know the price for 77mm. Any kenko polariser users? What are your experience? How is this filter? Serve its purpose well?

 turn the back of the hoya and u can see that its made by tokixx... thats y i decided to take the tokina one.
