I've tried shooting it last year from area where Cosy Bay used to be. Its after the small bridge from Indoor Stadium to Costa Rhu apartments.

I think both big or small, high and low also have lar

I prefer the outcrop right at the end of the road into Tanjung Rhu, near the circle. You get a bit of the Kallang River in the foreground together with the National Stadium and SIS with a 50mm lens.
