Hi all,
I want to shoot portrait at bright day light at f1.4 or 1.8. I used ISO 100, exposure/shutter 8000 and i still need to use ND. So will it be reduce my portrait contrast and quality of image?:)

Any extra glass in front of your lens will reduce IQ. But to a noticeable degree? Only if it's a low-quality filter.

Yes. as mentioned already, you'd need to use ND and quite a few stops too. Consider also a different timing and use a better quality filter. :)
