Slaves in ancient Egypt were mainly obtained through prisoners of war. Other ways people could become slaves was by inheriting the status from their parents. One could also become a slave on account of his inability to pay his debts.

Slavery was the direct result of poverty. People also sold themselves into slavery because they were poor peasants and needed food and shelter. The lives of slaves were normally better than that of peasants.

Imperial China - Manchu Officials

Qing Guanmao was the headwear of officials during the Qing dynasty (1644–1912) in China. It consisted of a black velvet cap in winter, or a hat woven in rattan or similar materials in summer, both with a button on the top. The button or knob would become a finial during formal court ceremonies held by the Emperor.

Officials would have to change their tops on the hat, for non-formal ceremonies or daily businesses. Red silk tassels extended down from the finial to cover the hat, and a large peacock feather (with one to three "eyes") could be attached to the back of the hat, should the merit of wearing it have been granted by the emperor.

A HOBBYMASTER diecast plane - the whole body is metal, tyres rubber and thus is HEAVY. Uses some plastics for the bombs, wheels, antennas. HOBBYMASTER range of airplanes are very well made, detailed and painted :thumbsup:

The A-10 Thunderbolt II is an American twin-engine, straight-wing jet aircraft developed in the early 1970s. The aircraft was designed solely for close air support of ground forces, attack tanks, armored vehicles, and other ground targets with limited air defenses.

The A-10 main armament is a 30 mm rotary cannon that fires large depleted uranium armor-piercing shells at 3,900 rounds per minute. The A-10's airframe was designed for survivability, with measures such as 1,200 pounds (540 kg) of titanium armor for protection of the cockpit and aircraft systems that enables the aircraft to continue flying after taking significant damage

A-10 is more commonly known by its nicknames "Warthog" or "Hog".

it was bought many years back $100. it is already sold out and not available now. the more in demand ones are the f-4 phantoms models not this one which are also sold out
