It's Our Lady Of Lourdes right? Nice church. I think it looks great at night as well.

yes indeed,
its a physical church building whose architectural design is full of splendour and grandeur...
however that's from the outside..

from the inside, upon close up view..
its not hard to notice that this physical church is in great need of a major makeover..

the only great thing about this church is not its physical side,
but rather i think the spiritual side....
the church members there sacrifice a lot for the church ....
in terms of time and commitment....

I used to do banners for them last time.
but the church is so poor, that they cant afford a $40 banner.
So the lady whom i worked with is so noble that she decided to do it on her own...
ie use paint and plain cloth to come up with the design. ( not a simple design )
working inside a stuffy small room.. ( quite dilapidated )

to be honest, i felt touched yet remorseful.
for as a christian, i was running my own business and was profit driven...
I could have donated the $40 banner to the church without batting an eyelid.
Yet, I was worried about setting a precedence, that they will ask me to donate each time they need a banner.

In retrospect, as i looked back,
I had robbed God.
Indeed, I had wasted an opportunity to equally offer myself to the Lord,
like that woman did.
Utterly full of regrets now.

So anyway.... apologies for babbling on...

yes, to get back to the topic. It is the "Lady Of Lourdes"

Wow... thanks for sharing. Not exactly a light burden to bear... if it weighed heavily in your heart for so long. But do remember, God is merciful... and forgiving. You will have many opportunities to give back :)

Yep, thanks for your sharing. It reminded me of the parable in the bible of the lady with her last 2 copper coins.

Anyway, nice photos. Will come by your other shop to view the Gundam models. ;)
