I just bought a 3rd party Canon off-camera flash cord from a CSer to use with my Custom Bracket. However after a few landscape-to-portrait movement, the base of the cord (where it attaches to my 580EXII) broke into two!
Upon inspection, it is the plastic screw thread that broke, all 4 of them. I don't think is a faulty product from the seller, but the quality of the product itself.

Hence can you recommend me a good 3rd party brand? if not, is the original Canon cord durable?
Thanks.

Is it the same as the super glue from Selleys? I have applied that and now waiting for it to reach its optimum strength after 12 hr.

 Tried Phottix Universal Chord TTL?

remember to take it off the flash and away from camera before using the superglue~!!

epoxy glue is not superglue, it come with two parts, you need to mix two parts in equal amount before use.

ya but TS said he used the super glue not epoxy...

so thats why i say jialat..
