Having a website is a good start for sharing and learning...

Is the photos from digital camera or scanner? Look pretty flat.

Those are taken using Nikon AF200...the old kind, and its scanned. =) I'll upload newer ones taken by my new cam...

went thru your album but found that most pics seems underexposed? and grainy? Might want to up load some newer pics. another comment is about your close up on ultraman, might want to get rid of the shadow, makes it nicer.

The photos taken @ the Esplanade and Merlion park...I was using the Nikon AF200...so can't control the exposure settings. As for the HDB one, yah I know its a poor picture. Maybe I'll try to increase the quality setting? It was a 640x840 quality size. As for the Ultraman closeup, how do I get rid of the shadow?

i don't know what the Nikon AF200 is like so please pardon me if this doesn't make sense, you might want to bounce or diffuse the flash or use other lighting to brighten up Ultraman so you don't have to use flash. Or else you can do what i do, use Photoshop take 2 shots, without ultraman, then with ultraman and just cut and paste lor....that's my method anyway, maybe some of the PS gods can advise you more.
