TS, having a bee in the shot doesn't make it a macro (note: macro, not marco). The idea of doing macro is to get the minute details.

The first thing u can do to vastly improve your macro shots will be to go in nearer to your subject. Very much nearer.

Maybe TS was trying to say he was doing a Marco Polo shot.. being an explorer finding bugs on top of roof..etc. That will gel.

But more likely he meant 'macro'. :think:
