beautiful kid - but the picture a little bit too big for most users screens, if you can resize so that its less than 700pixels wide, it would be better.

appears to be a little blur due to camera shake and also a little under exposured. Try using flash when doing indoor shots, prevents the camera shake and under exposure. An external flash will help if u wanna avoid red eyes, and dun want to use red eye reduction flash mode. Try shooting prone (on your belly) for a lower perspective so that you are at the child's eye level and he/she may be interested and look at the camera. Some people make sounds to attract children's attention.
