I have an old Shuttle XPC SN41G2 running an AMD 1900 that has been acting wierd for the past year...

Everytime I turn on the room aircon, and the case cools down, I refuses to boot. I have to either turn off the aircon and wait 30+ minutes or I use a hair dryer to heat up the casing :dunno:

The thing is... I don't even set my room aircon very cold... between 26deg to 27deg only... :dunno:

I've heard of PCs not booting if too hot but why mine so SPECIAL??????? :dunno:

PLEASE ADVISE

hmm... if it still boots, the fuse woultn't have blown.

if u on aircon, then can't boot. if u off aircon already, immediately can boot? or msut heat it up first then can boot.

*trying to troubleshoot.*

Not Immediately. Must heat up first. Use hair dryer to warm it will cause it to boot faster...

Signs that your psu is going to fail soon. Time to get a new one. Best to bring down your rig down to sls to find the psu that fits as the sn41g2 uses a diff psu from normal desktops. Can try storage studio. At most change the case to get a better psu
