Moved from "Travels": Need some advices

hi all brothers out there...
dis comming ndp i'm going down to snap some firework pic but i would like to know use what kind of setup in order to take nice pic like what u all have taken...
and i sure need a tripod rite?
pls give some advice as i'm new to this hobbie :embrass:

You need a tripod and a SLR camera with the "bulb" feature.
