Neither the lenses for Canon EOS nor the Minolta A mount have aperture rings, which makes the lenses unsuitable for adapting. There are no ready-made adapters, but SRB will be able to machine something if only a physical fit is needed. This would only be useful for extremely special purposes, and frankly I don't know of any Minolta lens that is so special it doesn't exist in the Canon world (well, maybe the STF lens and the 400/4.5 but hey...)
