hi welcome to CS, and I'm a Malaysian too, But at JB. Anyway, your picture is nice, but if the background is more blur, and the picture can show the whole body of the mother, it wil be better.

My feel is that there's too much background clutter, which may be reduced either with a bigger aperture to blur it out, or move in closer to focus on just the mother and child. It's quite a dramatic picture.. makes me wonder what happened!, that kind.
