Most economical way to fly to Shanghai?

Hi guys, anyone knows of a budget way to fly to shanghai and back?

I thought the jetstarasia may have, but only to Hongkong nearest.

So far, cheapest shd be China Eastern. However, SIA usually have promo fares to Shanghai for 2 to go or 4 to go.

The promo fares are the cheapest.
