No teleconverter, just cropped from pix at full size.....:)
I thinks my pix is about the same size as yours (12x zoom).

How come ur moon so noisy one... and the white balance seem a bit off or issit suppose to be black and white... or issit just me...

i think noisy due to the full zooming with digital... white balance... :think: maybe i forgot to switch back ....

so u must "jia you" save up and get new cam... :thumbsup:

Hi Kenneth, shooting the moon is very similar to shooting in the daytime, because the light source is there already.

Use your lowest ISO ~ 80. Mount a tripod, and use full optical zoom, (digital zoom is a crop of the 12x optical zoom picture, thus super degrades the quality) with teleconverter also can. Use aperture mode and a small aperture like F8. Use a 10 sec timer or remote to avoid those little shakes.

i did mount on tripod but use FULL DIGITAL instead...

can TCON ah ?? will do that next time...

i think i use S mode... will try A mode..

i did use remote leh... buy from JD ( come ah come ah... wan remote ? buy from JD ah.. hehe... )

All the above i used handheld. i still waiting for my remote from JD le.....:angry:
 

Hmmm I read somewhere to shoot moon, must try hit a shutter speed of 1/200 or so.. Forgot le... but nice moon photos...

:( I cant take any moon photos.. i dun haf any long lenses....
