Can somedoby explain to me. This is refering to the file size.

1. Photographs submitted must be at least 2400 pixels on the longer side.

Your photos must be at least 2400x1600 or 1600x2400 (3:2) ratio , 2400x1800 or 1800x2400 (4:3) ratio.

Thank. just try it out the file size is about 1.6M. Thank for the help.

The 2400 pixels on the longer side will enable us to produce 16" on a 150dpi printer.
This is to facilitate A3 printouts for exhibition.

Hope this helps to clarify some doubts.

Best to keep it to 3:2.
Cuz, the ulitmate output is A3, 420mm by 297mm or 16.54" by 11.69"
Roughly 3:2... ...

If the file is too big it may be a problem to down it to the website.

If I'm not mistaken, the uploading of file is just a small percentage.
