History of The Photographic Society of NUS
Founded in November 1969, The Photographic Society of NUS is one of the
earliest non-profit societies formed in the National University of Singapore.
The Photographic Society of NUS is actively involved in bringing photographic
techniques and knowledge to its members through courses and field trips.
THEME: Magic of Light
The theme aims to celebrate the magic that allows the capture of moments,
which can be shared by all as works of art and genius. The general theme aims
to encourage creativity, allowing the participants great freedom in the
interpretation of the theme. To reach out to the student population, a student
category has been provided. At the same time, a NUS category has been created
for students, staff and alumni members of NUS to encourage them to showcase
their works.
