monopod for D70

Can recommend a good monopod for the D70?
Will be using it for landscape and bird photography.
Budget around $100+...
Does anyone know the price of manfrotto 682B?

Manfrotto 679B is quite ok. Very solid and quite light also. Bought it for around RM140 (I think), so should be less than a hundred Sin $

I'm using the slik propod 600 which is a bit taller I think and lighter. costs ~$85. the manfrotto 679 is cheaper.

Oh yeah forgot to mention the minimun height too...
need one that is at least 170cm tall...
For monopod, if it is too light will not be stable right?
