Why are you looking for that? Have you tried shooting RAW and using the usual software solutions for B/W conversion? Much more control.

One does not need any sort of particular camera to do B&W...one needs a whole other way of perception!

The B&W from Fujifilm cameras look pretty good, get a wifi SD card and you can basically post B&Ws straight from the camera. But yes I do agree that it will be better to work with software conversion, such as Silver Efex.

Well....I try to do that before and it turns out disartrous. So, just get a camera with good B & W is a better option for me..

+1 for silver effex.
If you want to edit on the fly .. Snapseed does a decent job as well.

If you can accept less than ultimate, best-est results, shoot on jpg, then convert to grayscale in PS. Final results quite useable, with much less hassle.
