It happens everywhere in the world, it's one of the oldest ruses for the sleazier end of the GWC phenominon.

We've had a couple of cases in recent years in Perth but that's just one of quite a few ruses and dirty routines done. There's a Japanese guy in gaol in Sydney for upskirt camera work (absolutely illegal in Australia without written consent of the woman) and a guy in gaol here in Perth for putting a CCTV camera in a womens toilet in a well known bar.

The perversity of people never ceases to amuse me.

singaporeans too cheap, a while back there was a case where the model accuse the photographer of "challenging her to make him high so he will feel like shooting".
