Model/property release

Hi,

I tried to submit my photo to some website and they actually ask me to show my model/property release.

how do i obtain property release for buildings/landmark such as esplanade?
and are these releases thingy really essential and important?

forget it - no way to get property release for a building like Esplanade. Bit surprised though to hear that - as the Esplanade in Singapore has so far not been the issue.

Only 2 are: the flyer and the Merlion.

But having said that - they are both ok, if shot as part of a skyline/panorama picture.

Uh huh, especially if you are selling your photo for commercial use.

For esplanade, I guess you'll have to pay them (esplanade) as you are asking for a property release as most likely its for commercial use.
