Model of Tripod & Ball Head

Hi

I am looking to purchase a tripod c/w ball head for the following set-up, please advise suitable models based on budget of $350. My height is about 1.7m and would prefer not a heavy tripod.

1 x Nikon D80, SB-800, AFS 70-200mm VR f/2.8 (based on heaviest set-up).
