Anyone has this camera? I see the specs aren't bad but after reading dpreview it appears quite a letdown. Anyone here has this PnS camera? Are the images taken that bad?

Its brilliant as a cheap camera for taking underwater shots that is not too deep. I use it to take movies and pictures of my daughter learning to swim. As a PnS camera for general purpose, its not so good. Slow start up. Shutter lag etc.
I am using a Tough 6010. No major issues with it. Its a 'fun' camera for the beach and in the swimming pool. I believe for a bit more, its much much better than the 3000
