The organiser is looking for contestants who have that flair , yes more than just one meets the eye and more than just X-Factor... yap... you maybe a model or school teacher etc.... give yourself a once in a lifetime chance.
* The Contest is open to all single naturally born female citizens of Singapore who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and under twenty-seven (27) years of age on 1 February 2006. All contestants below 21 years of age are required to obtain their parents/guardians consent on the Contestant Form.
* Each contestant warrants that she is of a minimum height of 1.65m and above.
* Each contestant warrants that she is not the current title holder or first runner-up in any other international pageant or competition.
