Anyone tried using mirror lens before. Read it from popular Photography, seems interesting for a 500mm f/8 that cost around US$100. Here's an example

Samyang 500mm f/8 Ultra Telephoto, Manual Focus Mirror Lens without T-Mount Adapter

Description
This ultra-telephoto is incredibly compact and lightweight. Using an advanced reflex design, Samyang has created a mirror lens that is ideally suited for wildlife and sports photography. It has a fixed aperture of f8. It comes complete with a soft pouch and three (3) rear mounted, 30.5mm filters, (ND-2X, ND-4X & Skylight). Simple T-mount adapters screw on the lens to fit almost any camera.

Cost: US$$99.95

I used the mirror lens before (almost 20 years ago lel) Some points to take note:
- there is only 1 aperture, and your post one is F8, so a tripod and a good clear sky weather is a necessity.
- cannot mount filter in front, must mount at the back.
- image will appear a bit soft as compare to normal glass lens with same focal length.
- watch out for dark corners on your photos, I think this is due to the physics of mirror lens.
- never heard of Samyang brand before, not sure who/where is came from.
