Minolta x-370 shutter stuck, film can't advance

Hi guys, problem as mentioned in title. Anyone can estimate how much to repair it? quick call to some repair stores say they are unable to give me a quote for whatever reasons.

Might as well get a used good condition X-700 for the price of the repair.
