would anyone know what is the minimum age (for the model/talent) for a nude photography shoot? Is it 16, 18 or 21? Don't tell me infant shoot hor…

Over here 18. Must have a release or the minute you show them they will throw the book at you. Underage and they will throw the library at you and that is a good thing.

That being said young American girls nowadays seem to have a thing for taking phone pics of themselves. And many young men are just as bad about it. Moral decay.

You all oughtta see my magazine and book collection...haha but I really haven't looked at them much in the past 20 years.

IMO America and perhaps many other places in the world are over sexualized and have been for quite sometime but perhaps it has been this way forever.

But the owner of these pics better don't publicly distribute these pics or solicit for sexual services. This will be chargable under the pornography law. It will be even heavier sentence if the gals are 16 and below.

Adding to what I already said here.

It's perfectly fine to keep legal age nude pics in private collection. Don't be stupid like some sickos, start to do things like sexual assault, distribution of nude pics, take upskirt pics, take changing room videos.

If get caught, its game over for that sicko. Police will come raid his home and check every hard disk and accounts. Even legal nude pics will become illegal and add more jail time.

Don't be a damm stupid prick. Always keep everything private.
