Min Resolution to print 4R

Hi,

What is the min resolution to set when taking photo if I want to print out in 4R size?Consider my DC having 2.1 MP....should I use, Fine, super fine or normal will do?

How about size?

800x600
1024x768
or ...... ?

Minimum minimum is 640 x 480 (but quality suffers).
1024 x 768 and above should be about right.
