y u chop the centre of the piggy head? should cut at the ribbon mah...

would be better if u show pic1-whole thing, pic2-unribbon, pic3-stroking the pighead, pic4-cut at neck section... pic 5, put into your mouth...

I also prefer your sequence. Too bad this was my only pig-cake, and it's headless. However, I do have a shot of it in my mouth :p I'll try tha sequence for next time *stroke stroke*
 

looks tasty!!..

maybe you can try slow flash, capture a bit of the knife motion before the final beheading :p
 

No one chop roasted pig suckling like that one leh.... Shao zhu must chop from head down to tail, center.... :bsmilie:

Next time before I chop I gotta take in all these advices from you :D :D

So.
1) better sequence
2) undress and stroke the pig
3) chop from head down to tail, centre
4) slow flash with a bit of motion.
