We had a nice turnout this morning and the place is indeed worth spending time at. As usual with veteran Achim around, we had a good coffee/breakfast session after the shoot learning from him..... looking forward to the next one.

I was not able to attend in the morning. I frequent this place often for the tranquility and also the history.

Nevertheless, I was there in the afternoon.....
 

Wanted to shoot slides but the two 120 rolls in the bag turned out to be Ilford FP4+.
Took the wrong film. Anyway, Japanese Park is always gloomy and monochrome... thanks for the comments.
This is the Zodiak 30mm MC on the Arax CM MLU.

anyone been to the Japanese shrine near Macritichie? Never been there but heard have to bash thru quite a bit before reaching there.

I saw a photo of the current remains. The Jip Pun burnt the place down, leaving behind some concrete platforms.
Other than that, there is nothing much.
