when the photo have highlight & shadow when i use multi metering where should i point?

Multi-metering has more than one point which is considered .. so your question is pointless.
The camera will create internally an average grey which is then measured and the exposure is adjusted accordingly. If this doesn't work for your scene then use exposure compensation (see camera manual) or adjust your shooting parameter (if in Manual mode).
