If I take a shot with one camera at F2.8, 1/60s, what is the equivalent shutter setting on a camera set to F1.4. Both cameras have similar lens diameter. Same ISO.

aperture scale goes : 1, 1.4, 2, 2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16, 22, 32.
shutter speed goes : 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/15, 1/30, 1/60, 1/125, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000

f/2.8 to f/1.4 is 2 stops
so you need to select a shutter speed 2 stops faster, i.e. 1/250
