memory card problem

hi i keep encountering the problem of [For] and [CHR]. i've changed a new sandisk cf card and even tried formatting a few times. it may occur after taking several takes or when i turn the camera on. is it a problem with the card or my camera? thanks

should be your card is spoiled.

try plugging it to your computer and try copying some huge files or lots of files into the card (1-2GB). if copying can be completed successfully then it may not be your card problem.

My guess is a faulty card too.. try it again with another card and see if the prob persists..

It's a common problem for not so new cameras.

it happened with my prev card hence i changed to the current one. sometimes it works but sometimes the problem may occur
