Deep below the ground we walked, wondering what horrors the darkness has in store

Then we emerged, curious to where this new land may be? :think:

Before we crossed the bridge and venture into another frontier
We paused to contemplate if the right direction we did take.
Should we have gone left or should have we gone right
Hope does not seem to be nowhere in sight.

Yet vividly enough as we recall
We remember seeing a light seemingly from heaven it came to fall.
Pointing towards where we should continue our stroll.

So that bridge we daringly crossed with haste
It led us into a land which time has left to waste

We saw a reflection of what seems to be shelter

This will certainly shield us from the brewing stormy weather

We drew closer to this long awaited shelter
But all we saw were these ruins.
