cable operation is very expensive to run. Just look at StarHub, have they made money from cable tv yet? Further more Singapore market is too small for big player and competition in certain industries will not be good due to it's market size.

true loh.. but still, y mus they surrender w/o giving the last fight?! y not wait a few more years, bleed a bit more to toughen up and den decide to merge? jz feel sad that we're going back to the olden days where u only have 2 channels to switch ard.. really hope tat this wun happen la...
