"Maxout will have the right to use those photos submitted for publicity and media purposes"

will they inform us or give credit for pictures both winning and non-winning used for media purposes?

cant help but feel its a win win situation for them, $30 per person + $500 prize money which is barely enough for a pro photographer to cover a 2 day event.

Most of us aint pro anyway. =)

For considerations of those going down..
Covering such an event requires at least 300mm. Not to mention, lots of creativity.
