Mass process photos

Hi

Anyone know how to automate and mass process digital photos using PS? I have abt 1200+ jpegs I would like to put a border and resize them. Any fast way to do them?

Create an action that does all the processing you want.

Then goto File->Automate->Batch and select the appropriate options.

Be careful: Either rename the output files or select a separate output directory or you might unwittingly overwrite all of your 1200 jpegs. Happened to me once when I selected a wrong option.

What happen if I have some jpegs that are vertical and horizontal? any differences? of do I need 2 templates and seperate them?
