Manual Zoom Lens for GXR

Hope to get some ideas of moderate zoom lenses to use with my GXR A12 M-mount. 28 to 70 equivilent.
Or is it better to go with the 28-85 A16 module?

Any thoughts? Thanks

A12 M mount is not only manual zoom, focusing is also manual. How comfortable are you with that? Otherwise, A16 is a good choice but no manual zoom.

I'm currently using the A12 with some Voightlander lenses. Ok with all manual and wanted thoughts on what zoom to get.

m mount rangefinder lens seems all primes,

the only 2 zooms I know is leica tri-elmar
