190XPROB weights 1.8kg; 190CX weights 1.3kg. It's up to you.

Anyway there's 190CXPRO3. It's carbon fiber with horizontal positioning.

I think now is not the weight that concern with...
Is the price that I'm paying now....

for the 190CXPRO3 on the Internet is selling at Sin$490....!! ai yo yo...

Think... For that kind of price... I rather buy in SG or may be that kind of price I can get a GITZO tripod instead.....

............ think think.........

Aiyo... like that.. I really need to look for other tirpod now....
Brother care to feedback or do a review on your tripod....?

Sorry bro, don't really have a chance to test it. Plus i got no ball-head... hahah
This is also my first tripod, so i don't know how to compare with others.
But on its own, it seems abit flimsy to me leh... but maybe got no weight on it. But the legs and the centre column quite fun to play with.
Some ppl recommended me this tripod as a good entry level one. Anyways i had vouchers to redeem, so wat the heck lor...

:) Anyways, good luck with ur hunt!

yah man... that's wat alot of ppl recommended too... to get a relatively good one and stick with it. I think for tripods, is the case where u can use the same one over a long period of time. So is a good investment if u get a good one.

Hi guys...

Last weekend go hunting for tripod...
Saw a 2nd hand shop selling many tripods.

And I saw these 2 GITZO Tripod... Overall still look quite new....
Any Advice???

How much more does the CXPro3 over the 190XPROB ?

How much more does the CXPro3 over the 190XPROB ?

CXPRO3 will be Sin$490.(c/w 484 Ball Head)
190XPROB will be Sin$230.(W/O Head)

There is another model is 190MF3 will be Sin$460.(W/O Head)

All the price is converted from Japanese YEN.

Now thinking should I just get the 2nd hand GIZTO... anyone can advice?

John 3:16 sells the 190XPROB for S$185 without head. S$490 is quite an okay price for a CF tripod with head

I have a HV30 canon video cam. Is this 190xb suitable for video cam? Intend to get the 701HDV manfrotto pan head.....

Do you have to resurrect an old thread for this question? :) Personally I think it is overkill for a small consumer video camera, plus the weight might deter you from carrying it around, but I'm far from an expert in video equipment. I suggest starting another thread in a video forum to ask for recommendations for a video tripod.

sorry about that... was looking at 190XB ...

anyway I currently am using the slikU6600 but I dunno whether its posibble to attach a flat head to the centre column so that I can attach the 701HDV panhead.
