These look like photojurnalism pictures so thats my basis for the comments. Over all looks fine.
First picture the eyebrow is out of focus but the pencle brigs you to it. Good depth of field but i would have focused on the eye and eyebrow of the subject. I maybe would have had the subject pause so the hand was more of a focus blur rather than motion blur.
The second photo is even better the lines draw you into the focused part of the picture. But maybe you could have croped of a little on the left side. Seems a little wasted space that for some reason I look at and then want to quit looking at the picture. Im not sure why I get that feeling maybe I just dont like ears. Something in my subconcious maybe. I think just behind the ear would be a good cut off.
I can see you know what you are doing so... Be the artist, your mistakes are minor and mosty personal taste and opinion. You shouldnt be asking for C&C you should be showing it off in the other forums.
