Hi,

I would like to try out Marco shoot but I am only a 18-55mm kit lens user and do not have a Raynox. Is it ok to join this outing? Im a newbie at photography too.

Price of a Canon 50mm F1.8.

For DSLR users with Raynox DCR-250, it is very good to pair it with Canon 55-250mm IS or Nikon 55-200mm VR or other similar range lens for the other brands.

IS/VR/SS/blah blah blah will be very useful for macro too. Bring ur flash if u have 1 also.

Bring ur UWA if u wanna capture scenery as well.

100mm macro is fine.Amount of flash will depend on you

cleonbus, all the lenses that you described, mine is either 'under' or 'beyond' the range. meaning i'm using (all manually focused) 50mm f/1.8 and 500mm f/8. can join?

btw, my raynox 250 dcr is up for rental, no charge if used on that day
