macro product shoot

hi i need to shoot a lcd screen which had a lot of graphic to impose this into my final image.
what is the iso speed and aperture to be used?pls advice.
cos final output is large and the images must be sharp.
is tis kind of screen usually done by graphic artist or shoot it will do....pls advice.

the graphic was digitally created, so find the source file or do a print screen if you can
