Hi,
Any one visited this suspension bridge at MacRitchie? I'm thinking of bringing my kids there, 2 years and 5 years this weekend.
Is there any website or map on how we can go there? Is it at MacRitchie reservior?
Heard that we need to walk quite a distance to reach the bridge??

Yes, it is at MacRitchie reservoir. I just went there last week.
From Lornie Rd, you need to walk about 5km to reach there.
The nearest way to go in is from Island Club Rd (off Upper Thomson Rd).
But no parking along the way, unless you are a member of Island Club.
Follow the sign "TreeTop Walk", you still need to walk about 1km to reach the bridge. Depends on your speed, you may need 2-4hr to complete the whole route, so get ready drink, food, umbrela...

yep, so you know who to beat up if you are unhappy about the bridge :p

do be aware there are steep slopes at both ends leading to the bridge. be prepared to carry your kids :)

and if you're happy....post a pic taken from the bridge in this thread! :D

My opinion: very far, very long, nothing much to see from the bridge itself cos its just tree tops with no scenery, however, if you want to be that high up and bounce on the bridge abit, its a ok experience
